Proposed testcase: ICE in gfc_trans_exit with OpenACC tiled loop

The reproducer in comment 0 now gives a proper diagnostic instead of an ICE on
current trunk (GCC 16), fixed by r13-3982-g2bd8c3ff351. Attaching a testcase to
prevent future regressions. Can this be closed as FIXED?
