    Adjust gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-dot-s8b.c again

    A failure on sparc shows that the dump scan for dot-prod is fragile
    enough.  The following simply removes it given it serves no actual
    purpose and adds comments in place.

            * gcc.dg/vect/vect-reduc-dot-s8b.c: Remove scan for
            dot_prod pattern matching.
