Hmm, fails here with 17.0, 16.0, and all earlier version I have down to 13.
Replacing
ASSOCIATE(aa => arg1 , bb => arg2 , cc => arg1 + arg2)
by
ASSOCIATE(aa => arg1 , bb => arg2 , cc => contt(arg1,arg2))
fixes the ICE.
