0001-aarch64-Add-NetBSD-host-CPU-detection-PR124586.patch

Supersedes attachment 63983 with the same one-line config.host fix and the
required Assisted-by attribution. An aarch64--netbsd all-gcc build links the
driver after the change; host and target case selection checks pass.
check-fortran and the libgomp Fortran suites are clean.
