The patch bootstraps successfully on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.

I also ran make -k check on a patched x86_64-pc-linux-gnu build.  The new
g++.dg/lto/pr126348 testcase passes.  The full testsuite run is not clean in
this environment; the observed failures are in unrelated analyzer,
diagnostic, and i386 scan tests.
