There are hundreds of non-conforming options without warnings.
And this one is actually designed to be without warning and documented that
way, to give users choice between compliance and code speed.
-ftrivial-auto-var-init=uninitialized is basically the same as if
[[indeterminate]] is implied on all declarations that can have it.
