Removing 16 regression marker as this is fixed on the trunk.

Not technically a 15 regression, but adding the marker anyway.  Much like the
other bug in this space, I wouldn't want to leave it in the gcc-15 tree waiting
to trip someone up.  I'll backport in a few days assuming no problems on the
trunk.
