Adding Jonathan in copy. I think I saw similar problems a long time ago...  
I'm not sure GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES is the real problem.

Alexandre: maybe you can share config.log, the one related to libstdc++, it
should be under <BUILD_TOP>/arm-none-eabi/libstdc++-v3/config.log
