So comparing a tarball with =all vs. the patched =default,cobol reveals the
following additions which suggests adding go (for libffi.info and
gccgo.1/texi),
modula2 and ada.  I guess my =all failed to pick up D given my GCC 7 system
compiler doesn't have it (which means adding D complicates this for me at
least).
