The bug has nothing to do with associate specifically, but will occur on
regular assign, too. GFortran missed out on not freeing procedure pointer
components. The patch here:
https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/fortran/2025-March/061937.html prevents that
free. It may be worth to discuss, whether the procedure pointer component
should be nullified only, but given that the whole type is going to be freed, I
see no need yet.
