I noticed this code in dwarf2out.cc:attr_checksum_ordered:

    case dw_val_class_unsigned_const:
    case dw_val_class_unsigned_const_implicit:
      CHECKSUM_ULEB128 (DW_FORM_sdata);
      CHECKSUM_SLEB128 ((int) at->dw_attr_val.v.val_unsigned);
      break;

I think that first checksum should use DW_FORM_udata.

I would send a patch but I'm not really sure how to write
a test for this.
