I assumed Jacob Bachmeyer (the dejagnu maintainer) had an account here but
doesn't seem to.

The "excess errors" output is from dg.exp on the dejagnu side.

I think we need another dejagnu callback to handle this to ask for an
"alternative error" on mangled $comp_output after XFAIls etc have been applied.
I'll file a bug over there.
