The landing page of gcc.gnu.org has a mailing list subscription box at the
bottom of the middle column:

Get our announcements
[INPUT] [Subscribe]

[1] The subscribe button POSTS to https://gcc.gnu.org/cgi-bin/ml-request, which
is an error page stating that the mailing list name was not provided, although
it was specified in the parameters.

[2] The error page directs visitors to the "sourceware mailing list FAQ page"
(https://sourceware.org/pipermail/index.html#faqs), which doesn't exist on
Sourceware.
