    testsuite: mangle-reparm1a options [PR113451]

    When I added -fabi-compat-version=8 to avoid mangling aliases it also
    suppressed the -Wabi warning.

            PR c++/113451

    gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

            * g++.dg/abi/mangle-regparm1a.C: Use -Wabi=0.
