Of note for this specifically, is that there is currently ongoing discussion as
to where the definitive information about a multi-versioned function should and
can be specified in the Arm C Language Extension, which could alter what the
correct behavior for this is.
Definitely a bug to not error/warn and do the wrong thing currently though.
