GCC 12.0 introduced __builtin_dynamic_object_size() in support of Glibc's
_FORTIFY_SOURCE 3, but gcc's own implementation in libssp/ssp/ssp.h.in still
lags behind in using the new builtin as of commit 378ec7b. GCC should use the
new stuff for its __ssp_bos{,0} definitions at level 3.
