            PR target/104794

    gcc/ChangeLog:

            * config/arm/arm-builtins.cc (arm_expand_builtin): Reuse error
            message.  Fix ARM_BUILTIN_WRORHI and ARM_BUILTIN_WRORH that can
            have only range [0,32].
