Since 20211130, the gdc.test/runnable/dhry.d FAILs on Solaris:

+UNRESOLVED: gdc.test/runnable/dhry.d   compilation failed to produce
executable
+UNRESOLVED: gdc.test/runnable/dhry.d -shared-libphobos   compilation failed to
produce executable

runnable/dhry.d:493:16: error: undefined identifier 'dtime'
runnable/dhry.d:547:14: error: undefined identifier 'dtime'
compiler exited with status 1

It seems like Solaris could just use gettimeofday to implement dtime, however
the
current way of doing so seems highly repetetive.
