This is interesting:
```
typedef __int128_t t;
using i128 = signed t;
//using i128_1 = signed __int128_t;
```
The above does not cause an ICE only a direct use of __int128_t causes the ICE
(with -pedantic we do warn about signed being used with the typedef though).
