The gcc commit 2f7f9edd28d caused the following glibc fails with glibc
configuration on x86:
../configure \                    
  CFLAGS="-O2 -g" CXXFLAGS="-O2 -g" \
                --prefix=/usr \    
                --disable-werror

But when we changed "-O2" to "-O1", these fails passed.
