Commit fe108dad32f521c4f924a397f11c63f86519e183 updated mpfr to version 4.1.0.
but did not upload the tarball.

as a consequence https://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/infrastructure/mpfr-4.1.0.tar.bz2
returns 404 when running contrib/download_prerequisites is broken.
