Yeah, this is also fold-const.c COND_EXPR simplifications using
fold_cond_expr_with_comparison (to ABS/MIN/MAX) which are not yet
moved to match.pd and are one reason why fold_gimple_assign still
dispatches to fold_ternary_loc ... (it shouldn't).
