The program testsuite/gfortran.dg/pdt_14.f03
runs in 0.001s with -O0 and -O2 but now it times out with -O2/-O3/-Os

Timeout with r11-4590-g29e418485848c4a6943d8561cd8fb0b1abf14015, r11-4603.
According to gcc-testresults, working with
