The following preprocessed source

$ wget https://smani.fedorapeople.org/tmp/test.ii

compiled with

$ gcc -O2 -g -m32 -march=i686 -mtune=generic -c test.ii -o test.o

results in GCC hanging, eating 100% of CPU core.

Only reproducible on i686 (real world case is [1]).

Using gcc-10.0.1-0.8.fc33.x86_64
