A short program that does NOT produce the error/warning.

A simple problem that does NOT produce error/warning.

So I am at a loss as to create a simple sample program.

This source needs to be copied to /tmp/t-format-issue.c

The original attachment, the preprocessed file needs to be copied to
/tmp/Unified_c_libical_src_libical1.preprocessed.c
for the script I uploaded in 47962.
