Also needed on releases/gcc-8, to avoid introducing a regression, since commit
b69684fdac2ac4bd128150631de6391c786e2184 "backport: re PR fortran/92977 (ICE in
gfc_trans_omp_atomic, at fortran/trans-openmp.c:3526)" got pushed on
2020-02-14?  (Jakub, the change required here is obvious, and completely local
to OpenACC, so in my opinion should be OK even despite current "frozen for
release".)
