The ICE is present in a significant number of tests in the test suite
(run make -k -j16 check-gfortran RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board=unix
--tool_opts='--coverage'" in the gcc directory).

The change occurred between 2018-11-17 (OK) and 2018-11-24 (ICE).
