}

With -O3 -mavx512cd -mavx512vl, LLVM outputs this :

f(unsigned short):
  vpbroadcastd xmm0, edi
  ret

GCC outputs this :

f(unsigned short):
  kmovw k0, edi
  vpbroadcastmw2d xmm0, k0
  ret
