Ada.Strings.Wide_Equal_Case_Insensitive,
Ada.Strings.Wide_Wide_Equal_Case_Insensitive and all their Bounded and
Unbounded counterparts are missing from the library. The same is true for
Wide_Less_Case_Insensitive and Wide_Hash_Case_Insensitive etc. As I can see, it
is applicable to all versions of GNAT including the current top-of-tree.
