Patch to resolve the issue

Currently, avr-gcc lacks support for Atmega324PB MCU.
This MCU can be found on Evaluation boards (such as
https://www.microchip.com/DevelopmentTools/ProductDetails/ATMEGA324PB-XPRO ).


Attached here is a patch (tested) to introduce Atmega324PB support.
