Regarding the -mx32 issue (comment 0 to comment 3), that should be fixed by the

The issue reported in comment 4 should be fixed by patch

[However, the latter patch should be already part of the patches used for
building GCC-10 for Debian; hence, it is unclear why the error reported in
comment 4 occurs, unless there is some hen or egg problem.]
