(We don't understand how/why the libgomp host_nonshm plugin is special in that
regard, however) the libgomp host_nonshm plugin has been removed long ago
(r226763 "[PR libgomp/65742, PR middle-end/66332] libgomp: Remove plugin for
non-shared memory host execution"), so this specific issue cannot be a problem
anymore.
