Yes, looks like I did. The way you phrased it (particularly "you need to use
this assertions so that there is no error") read like you were reporting it as
a bug. Apologies if I misunderstood.

Personally, I'd use the mailing list for something this small.

I'm not really fond of using bugzilla to track unimplemented features (they're
not bugs, and there's no need to request an "enhancement" for something that's
required for standard conformance anyway). But as you say, other people do use
bugzilla that way.
