New information: starting with ICC 19.0, ICC accepts `const void*` arguments to
_mm_prefetch. (MSVC still expects `const char*`)

The signature Intel documents is `_mm_prefetch(char const*, int)`:

Using the type-safe _mm_hint enum for the second _mm_prefetch argument in GCC
still leads to source incompatibility with ICC: https://godbolt.org/z/Pu6CDB

I'd rather close this PR as WONTFIX than keeping it in limbo forever. ;-)
