Fortran 2003 and Fortran 2008:
COMMAND(Optional) shall be of type CHARACTER and of default kind.
LENGTH (Optional) Shall be of type INTEGER and of default kind.
STATUS(Optional) Shall be of type INTEGER and of default kind.

Fortran 2018:
COMMAND(Optional) shall be of type CHARACTER and of default kind.
LENGTH (Optional) shall be scalar of type integer with a decimal exponent range
of at least four
STATUS(Optional) shall be scalar of type integer with a decimal exponent range
of at least four
ERRMSG (optional) shall be a default character scalar. It is assigned a
processor-dependent explanatory message if the command retrieval fails.
Otherwise, it is unchanged.
all are intent(out) except ERRMSG which is intent(inout)
ERRMSG is new an is not currently supported.
