Here is the documentation fallout I mentioned, previous attachment.

And probably a lot of 
@multitable @columnfractions .20 .20 .20 .25
entries should be widened for the last column, as "Fortran 77 and later"
and alike does not fit in a normal 80char Terminal, otherwise.
