The issue vanished for 10.0.0 20191126 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu). Maybe Jason fixed
it while implementing CTAD for alias templates.

The testcases, however, produce an ICE in 9.2, 8.3, and 7.5, when compiled with
-std=c++17 -fchecking.
