I don't think any -fno-ipa-cp is involved, it is just a thunk which is
a part of an SCC because of speculative dervirtualization and the code
simply did not anticipate such situation - thunk was though of as
always a target of indirect calls, at least pre-IPA-CP.

In any event, adding the test here seems to be the right thing to do,
plus we probably want a similar test in spread_undeadness.
