            Bug ID: 90334
Summary: documentation for getting read-write SVN access is
                    misleading
           Product: gcc
           Version: 9.0
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: other
Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org
Reporter: roland.illig at gmx dot de
  Target Milestone: ---

https://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/svnwrite.html says:

> If you already have an account on sourceware.org/gcc.gnu.org, ask overseers@gcc.gnu.org to add access to the GCC repository.

Since the email address was not a proper HTML link, I concluded that the
HTTP-like text before that was also not linked, for whatever reason.

Therefore I pasted sourceware.org/gcc.gnu.org to the URL bar of my browser and
got redirected to https://sourceware.org/gcc.gnu.org, which says 404.

Instead of using a slash for separating host names, the word "or" should be
used.
