Since r273479 bootstrap fails with this error on AArch64:

Comparing stages 2 and 3
Bootstrap comparison failure!
gcc/aarch64.o differs
gcc/dwarf2out.o differs
gcc/var-tracking.o differs

There are no obvious differences looking at objdump -d. The files differ
dramatically in size, so the debug info is not the same somehow.
