The problem here is that -fno-use-linker-plugin implies fat LTO. So we compile
the code twice - once at compile time and once at link-time and therefore also
output the warning twice.

I do not see how to prevent this from hapenning - this is behaviour of all late
warnings with -ffat-lto-objects.

Is there a way to make testcase tolerate duplicated warnings or limit to plugin
enabled only?
