Fixed on trunk.  This technically is also a bug on the release branches, but
given the size of the patch, I do not recommend backporting this to those
branches.  A better solution is to not use the __builtin_vec_<OP> builtin at
all and instead use the C operator on the arguments (eg, use "a & b" rather
than "__builtin_vec_and (a, b)").
