At least then GCC should try to use cmovno instead of seto-test-cmove for
if-conversion:

foo:
        movl    %edi, %eax
        subl    %esi, %eax
        notl    %eax
        orl     $1, %eax
        subl    %esi, %edi
        cmovno  %edi, %eax
        ret
