Where do we set the cut-off? ;)

Btw, it's warning from do_warn_aggressive_loop_optimizations and:

      /* Only warn if undefined behavior gives us lower estimate than the
         known constant bound.  */
      || wi::cmpu (i_bound, wi::to_widest (loop->nb_iterations)) >= 0

that looks backwards?
