Using -fPIC:
...
$ rm -f hello.ali hello.o hello ; gnatmake -fPIC hello.adb 
gcc -c -fPIC hello.adb
gnatbind -x hello.ali
gnatlink hello.ali -fPIC
$ ./hello 
Hello, world!
...

using -fpic:
...
$ rm -f hello.ali hello.o hello ; gnatmake -fpic hello.adb 
gcc -c -fpic hello.adb
gnatbind -x hello.ali
gnatlink hello.ali -fpic
$ ./hello 
Hello, world!
...
