I found that I can add to configure line

AS_FOR_TARGET=as \
AR_FOR_TARGET=ar \
LD_FOR_TARGET=ld \
NM_FOR_TARGET=nm \
RANLIB_FOR_TARGET=ranlib \
LIPO_FOR_TARGET=lipo \
STRIP_FOR_TARGET=strip \
OBJDUMP_FOR_TARGET=objdump
