Did it even bootstrap properly? It shouldn't have been built in the first place
i guess, due to the signedness error of a particular chunk of code.

I did a fresh x86-64 bootstrap with the changes in and those prefetch tests are
not executed as part of dg.exp. Running by hand they look sane to me.
