Started with r232167, before it likely just emitted wrong code.
Short testcase:
struct S { S (); ~S (); int s; };

void
foo (S &s)
{
  asm volatile ("" : "+m,r" (s) : : "memory");
}

ICEs even with "+g" instead of "+m,r".
