sawdey asked me to try this.  I built gcc with go enabled and the assertion
line that is causing the ICE commented out.  The build finished just fine.  I
ran make check on that and compared the results with the same revision built
without go and there are no significant differences;  a few go tests failed
that usually fail but no ICEs or anything like that.
