I think this is a backend bug.  Many other vect.exp tests already fail with
armeb hf, and similar LD3 uses have been shown to be broken before, see e.g.
PR82258.

r256634 deliberately introduced the use of LD3 in tests like this, and that in
itself isn't wrong.
